In the heart of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, just 350 metres from a fine sandy beach, Hôtel du Parc unfolds across a newly redesigned 7,000 m² landscaped estate. Umbrella pines, olive trees, dry stone terraces, thyme, sage, and rosemary create a preserved microclimate, cool, fragrant, and timeless.
This is not a place to simply visit, but a place to truly experience. Beneath the shade of the pines, beside the pool, around the pétanque court, or along the coastal paths, everyone finds their own rhythm.

Two ways to swim, just moments apart
At the heart of the estate, the large outdoor pool invites complete stillness: a sun lounger, a parasol, the blue sky reflected on the water, and a “100% freshness” snack menu served poolside. Seasonal salads, fresh fruit, Mediterranean sharing platters, everything is designed so the day can drift by without ever needing to leave.
Just a five minute walk away, the sandy beach of Cavalaire-sur-Mer offers the opposite experience: salt on the skin, afternoon naps beneath umbrella pines, and horizons stretching all the way to Saint-Tropez. To each their own ritual, the coolness of the pool or the warmth of the sand. And of course, nothing stops you from enjoying both on the same day.

The estate is made for play, in every form. In the morning, while the air is still cool, the private tennis court comes alive beneath the umbrella pines, a few rallies before the heat settles in, or one last match at sunset.
As evening arrives, the atmosphere shifts. Around the pétanque court, shaded by olive trees, guests gather with a drink in hand, embracing the purest Provençal tradition. Just steps away, the children’s playground comes to life: laughter from the youngest guests, the sharp sound of boules striking, the song of cicadas in the background. A place where generations come together quietly, effortlessly, and without haste.

The Riviera within easy reach
For those wishing to extend the experience beyond the estate, the hotel offers a fleet of electric bikes available directly from reception. The centre of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and its marina can be reached within minutes, nearby beaches are only slightly farther, and the trails of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer reveal one of the Var region’s most beautiful stretches of unspoiled coastline.
